    Before we work together

    Terms of Service

    Every Shot By Brax booking runs on these terms. They match the Service Agreement you'll sign for your shoot.

    50%Half up front. A 50% deposit is required to lock in your shoot date. Your date isn't held until it's paid.
    1. Agreement. Each project gets a written Service Agreement between SHOTBYBRAX (“Photographer”) and you (“Client”) listing the project, date, location, total price and due date.
    2. Payment. You agree to pay the total price listed in your agreement for the services provided by SHOTBYBRAX.
    3. 50% deposit required. Half of the total price is due up front as a deposit to secure your booking.
    4. Deposits are non-refundable. They reserve your date and time and pay for time that can't be booked by another client.
    5. Remaining balance. The other 50% is due after the filming part of the film/edit is completed. If there is any problem with the film, you will be immediately refunded.
    6. No chargebacks or payment disputes. Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes or trying to get services without paying are treated as fraud and may result in legal action and collection of any associated fees.
    7. Extra work. Anything you ask for outside the agreed scope may cost extra.
    8. Agreeing. By booking a shoot or signing your Service Agreement, you confirm you've read, understood and agree to these terms.
